A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your project, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as outlined in the project agreement.
Cancellations made 30 days before the project start date will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a small processing fee. Cancellations made 15–29 days in advance will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 14 days of the project start date are non-refundable.
