A 30% deposit is required to confirm any booking with Bintu Infra Ltd for construction projects. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in the project contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in a delay or cancellation of the project. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or as otherwise specified in the project agreement.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the project start date will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus any processing fees. Cancellations made 15-29 days in advance will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 14 days of the project start date are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.
Bintu Infra Ltd adheres to strict health and safety protocols on all construction sites. We ensure that all our workers are equipped with the necessary safety gear and are trained to work in compliance with local laws. It is the client's responsibility to comply with safety standards while visiting the site. Bintu Infra Ltd is not liable for any injury or incident that occurs on-site due to non-compliance with safety guidelines.
Bintu Infra Ltd is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred on the construction site due to external factors such as extreme weather, vandalism, or other unforeseen events. We recommend that clients arrange adequate insurance coverage for the project duration. Clients must follow all project guidelines and maintain site security.
Clients are required to have appropriate insurance to cover the project. This includes insurance for property damage, injuries, and other unforeseen circumstances. Bintu Infra Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage not covered under the client’s insurance policy.
Bintu Infra Ltd reserves the right to modify the project scope due to unforeseen circumstances such as changes in regulations, material shortages, or other factors. Any changes will be communicated to the client, and a new agreement will be made if necessary.
Bintu Infra Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. Any personal or project information provided to us will only be used for the purpose of delivering construction services. We expect all parties involved in the project, including subcontractors, workers, and clients, to act with professionalism and respect. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior on the construction site will not be tolerated. Bintu Infra Ltd reserves the right to terminate the project if the conduct of any party is detrimental to the progress or safety of the work.
By engaging with Bintu Infra Ltd for construction services, clients acknowledge that they are participating in the project at their own risk. Bintu Infra Ltd and its employees are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from participation in the construction process.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the construction project takes place. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in accordance with the applicable laws of that jurisdiction.
By confirming a construction project with Bintu Infra Ltd, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions. It is the responsibility of the client to review these terms before signing the contract.
